First time purchasing from this company and am 100% satisfied with all aspects; customer service was exceptional, price was great, and top quality product. On top of that, free shipping based on the dollar amount I purchased, and had my delivery in less than two weeks from ordering! This was my first upfit of a coming fleet of 30-40 vans in the next few years — This will be my exclusive vendor!

I can not express how happy I am in dealing with a customer service rep that will reply super fast and at any time of day or night. YaYa is an absolute pleasure to speak to and answered any and all questions that I had about the rack I purchased. This was the best experience I have had buying something on line in a very long time. Thanks YaYa your the best

I appreciate the quick delivery & prepaid freight. I've ordered from here at least ten times with the same great service. The items are packaged well. Most items I've purchased are for pickup trucks. We have a fleet of twenty trucks. Very easy to place orders from website. This is my eighth year using Work Van Equipment.
