Workshopmanuals.orgReviews of workshopmanuals.org

I dont know why my last review was removed but i can assure you this is not a fake review.0 stars for 0 product.Waste of time and money. As soon as you ask for a refund all communication stops dead.I have emailed them 6 times with no reply. The only reply you get is here on trustpilot.Funny that…

What an awesome service. I was sceptical at first thinking its a scam , trust me its not. This is a great supplier and the manuals are quick to download. Keep up the good work and thank you David

Had difficulty getting Virtualbox to access the manuals. Contacted technical support with screenshots of my problem. Got a detailed and quick reply and now everything works.

I did have a little problem figureing out the download system but the support was fast to help me with that. The manuals are really detailed and well worth the money. I got more then I expected, I was nervous buying a download but they are a great company to deal with.

Total Scam. I paid for 2017-22 BMW 5 series and got 93-95 3 series. They won't respond to emails. They should be shutdown and fined.

I searched forever looking for a manual for my car and found these people. Purchase and payment was as expected, faultless, however, the manual was supposed to be a pdf but turned out to web based and doesn’t event work, on any platform or browser. No communications are answered so there is nowhere else to go. Avoid these worthless charlatans at all cost and save yourself time and money. It’s a shame you can’t select a 0 rating because that all these muppets are worth. Update 20th January 2023. I got contacted by the company as a result of trustpilot and they did offer some help, one was a regurgitation of the old help and one was a Spanish language video. The product is still worthless and you should still avoid them at all costs, however, they did offer a refund and it actually arrived…..so trustpilot to the rescue. The company has contacted me after 4 years saying they have found the reason why the manual didn’t work and offered the same manual free of charge together with detailed instructions on how to get it going. I have amended my review in anticipation of getting the manual and instructions…….depending on what happens with raise or lower the stars, here’s hoping Update 17 October 2026 Yesterday workshop manuals said they'll send a link to the manual together with instructions......well, they did and better than that instead of receiving a complex Microsoft embedded thing I got a PDF, it works and I can see everything. My review now reflects their efforts in satisfying heritage customers.....they did alright.

I could not get the product to work but have been getting good support from Workshopmanual. Unfortunately, my limited IT experience hasn’t made this easy for support staff. Work in progress.

Needed a little help with install but support is good and the sections of the manual I’ve used already are comprehensive (Mercedes S Class W221) Recommended
