The download link fails and then expires after 3 tries. Very slow customer support ...but it did get sorted.

Like many other reviewers, I paid for a service manual for one car, a Citroen C1, but was sent 3 other manuals instead, one for a Peugeot 108, one for a Peugeot 308 and one for a Volkswagen Polo! I say 'manuals' but they are really just zipped folders of assorted PDF files with no index, and far from complete. EDIT received a full refund from the seller

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your Citroen C1 service manual purchase. We understand your frustration and regret that the manuals provided did not meet your expectations. We have already processed your refund in full. Unfortunately, the specific manual for the Citroen C1 was not a good fit, and we are sorry for any confusion caused. We have reached out to our vendors to locate a more accurate manual for this model. Should we find a suitable replacement, we will send it to you at no additional cost. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All the best, David

My initial experience was not good getting hold of these guys for help was a nightmare but once we did we got to a solution. I was sent the link for the download however my ISP blocked it as it was flagged as bad due to the link. once I managed to clear the flag the emails started to flow into the mail account, after which we managed to get a working link and I downloaded the software. i managed to get it working and i am pleased with the solution. Workshopmanuals: Maybe sending an email without the link first would allow your emails to get through then send the email with the link Thanks for sorting

Further to my review 2 days ago workshop manuals have been in touch and have now got everything working, I think they just need to make contacting them a bit easier. I am now happy with the product now it’s installed and working

Thanks Victor for the update. Glad everything is installed and working, and you're right that we should be easier to reach. We've been working on that. Dave

I wrote a previous review saying these guys were scam artists, I now retract that statement -it did look that way, but a month later they finally got in contact with me and sorted things out. I received a refund and then they managed to find a working document. Unfortunately, Trustpilot now prevents me from updating my review, so I’m adding another.

I could not get the product to work but have been getting good support from Workshopmanual. Unfortunately, my limited IT experience hasn’t made this easy for support staff. Work in progress.
