Encargué un manual para un modelo Kia y lo recibí en el acto. Sin embargo, no era material original, sino el mismo archivo que ya había encontrado previamente. Solicité el reembolso y me fue concedido sin problema. Recuperé mi dinero.

This is a follow-up regarding an order on 8/06/2025 for an 1999 VW Jetta TDI 1.9 ltr.diesel sedan. My order was charged to credit card but no order number was given, or down load link for pdf files. I had a difficulty contacting the company, however problems were resolved and files were downloaded! Trust pilot does not appear to have any way to retract a previous review, I would ask that people disregard the previous review as the problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Sincerely, Jerry

Reached out for support through their chat bot on their webpage, this doesn't work, as i am told they did not receive any emails.....strange. I could send an email via the purchase conformation email i received from workshopmanuals after payment was received, this was only contact available to me, so i did and I was sent a new set off instructions to follow by workshopmanuals and finally it worked, their manual is very comprehensive and is a good buy. Regards Kenny

There were some difficulties with the download link initially, but the support was quick to reply and provide me with a working link. Other people here seem to have experienced something similar, I dont know whether it is done intentionally this way or if there are some long term problems with their IT. But other than that the vm worked wonderfully, and I was very happy to finally, after many hours of searching, find manuals for my car

Excellent after-sales communications, very helpful. My Opel workshop manual came in for of a virtual machine disk image, and the download file size is HUGE. I would have appreciated this info in advance. All in all, a positive experience.

I bought a Mahindra manual on the 10th January. The download link didn't work. I send emails explaining my problem that the link doesn't want to open. Till today no feedback but my account has been debited. David got hold off me. Explained that there is something wrong on the server and the files could not be downloaded. He gave me a refund . Thank you David.!

I did run into some difficulties with installing the Mercedes manuals. I tried first on a Mac and gave up because of issues with virtual machine software and because I had a Windows laptop available. I successfully installed on the Windows machine and the content is legit and fantastic. Well worth persevering to get it up and running. I bought a second time because my download links had expired and, when I asked for help and explained the situation, I was refunded in full! David was great in terms of tech support on the install front. Always responsive with clear and complete instructions and very knowledgeable.

Requested a manual which was emailed to me unfortunately it would not run on my iPad a fact that was not made clear on their website. I emailed them requesting new files that would run on an IPad or if that was not available to resend the old ones as the files (almost 20gig) were too large to transfer. No reply, I resent the next day, again no reply. It is now 5 days after my first email and still no reply. The telephone number is just a message line and the advertised chat line is not there. Very disappointed. Miles Kirke Update 14/08 Not a word from them. Update 19/08 seems all emails have found their way to my spam folder. They have arranged a refund the above review is therefore rescinded, I think the site should state that the manuals will not work on tablets.
