Like many other reviewers, I paid for a service manual for one car, a Citroen C1, but was sent 3 other manuals instead, one for a Peugeot 108, one for a Peugeot 308 and one for a Volkswagen Polo! I say 'manuals' but they are really just zipped folders of assorted PDF files with no index, and far from complete. EDIT received a full refund from the seller

In the beginning I had issues with starting the manual’s image because of my faulty OS, but David was there helping me when I needed it. He answered my email instantly and helped me in weekend days when other people normally were resting. The manual I got is what I need. The investment worth every penny. Thank you David, again. Customerservice gets max+ from me!

Used the manual a few times to dig out parts for my local Merc dealer. So much easier when you can send them the actual part number off a parts diagram.
Response from Workshopmanuals.orgOct 12, 2026
Thanks Chris. Sending the dealer the exact part number makes life so much easier, glad it helps. Dave

Sadly in the original File there was the Part regarding the facelift version missing. I sent an email and got all the files needed immediately. Customerservice gets 5* from me, really appreciate!

Initially I was extremely irritated with everything but then I talked to David and he went above and beyond to help me get everything setup on my computer. It took a few days because of the time difference being 8 hours but he was even willing to work late to make sure it was good and that I understood everything. This company is amazing but if you do run into issues just ask. They will totally help.
