Billed my card immediately have yet to ship the order 1 month later. At this point, I just want credit back. I’ve already had to buy the goods somewhere else.

The Working Persons Store seams completely baffled by the entire return process. Exchanging a size 9.5 boot for a size 10 has taken more than three weeks now with no end in sight. I’ve told the company that they should get out of the shoe business as they are completely overmatched. We’ll see.

So I bought some boots from these morons and they shipped me boots that looked like they were second hands with scuffs and scratches all over them. Claimed they came from the factory like that so they won’t refund my shipping fees. Stay away from this place, they have garbage return policies and customer service!!!!

Stick to Amazon. Their return policy is garbage. The coveralls were too short and they don't come in a longer size, but because I didn't want an exchange I had to pay for shipping both directions. Never again

Ordered on Dec 2, 2022 and they still haven't shipped my item! There's never any email from them on eorder status either. I contacted them, via the website, and they just sent me a copy of my order! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Processed payment 8 days ago for an item that they apparently don’t sell anymore. I was not refunded or contacted in any way until I reached out to ask why my order had not been shipped yet. They found out they no longer carry that item while I was chatting with them (how convenient). They don’t actually stock the items they just act as a third party and the vendor ships orders. When the vendor stops making items working person doesn’t bother to take them down from their site. I might receive a refund in a few days but no other resolution. Do yourself a favor and skip the middle man. Otherwise you risk having payment processed for an item that you’ll never receive. I wish I had checked out this company before ordering since this is clearly not a rare issue with this company.

I ordered a 5.11 backpack and paid for the item on the 11th of January. Two weeks later, nothing received and a constant back and forth resulting in no progress. Do yourself a favor and purchase whatever you need elsewhere, spend the additional money to get what you need, you won't get anything from this company but ripped off. Buyer definitely beware!!

Never have anything in stock and only informs you if out if stock status once your payment is processed. Ordered twice and waiting on second refund.
