Founded in 1995, The Working Person's Store retail location rapidly grew to become a major destination for quality, name brand work apparel and footwear, while serving a wide spectrum of working people throughout the country. By 2001, business continued to grow at a very rapid pace and we responded to the needs of our more distant customers, to provide a more convenient online catalog to serve repeat ordering needs. After the opening of WorkingPerson.com, we were very pleased to begin serving an even wider array of customers on both a national and international basis, with ever increasing demand for our goods and services. Then, in 2005, we continued our expansion with the acquisition of our new Technology Center, as well as a dramatic increase in the size and scope of our team. Since that time, the WorkingPerson.com site has become the number one, world-wide destination for work clothing, work footwear and safety gear, serving customers on five continents daily.

If I could give it a zero I would. They took my $130+ but yeah I never received any products. Do not ever order from this poor excuse of a company that clearly just steals your money. Absolutely disgusting way of acting like a business.

Ordered 1 pair of Dickies work pants on 4/1/26.Didn't receive them till 4/24/26. This wasn't a large order 1 pair of pants. It shouldn't take 3 week's to receive them.Stay away from Working Person store.

I ordered certain pants for work pend over hundred dollars and they took a month to send and they sent the wrong pants. I have to take time to resend pay for their mess up pay restock and hope in a month or two I get the correct ones. I’m just going to trash them and never shop here. People be aware

Waited a month for my order, and was lied to by customer service multiple times saying that it would ship within the next 2 days. Finally got an email saying they couldn't get the item in stock. Why are you selling something you know you don't have? Now trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wish I saw all these reviews before TRYING to do business with them. They said they had my item in stock, then AFTER I paid they said it was discontinued and out of stock. They are lying to customers. I will never shop here and will be warning all of my blue-collar friends to not shop here. Unprofessional and useless store.

Horrible, disgusting company They don’t even stock their warehouse, they order straight from the distributor/brand AFTER you place your order. If the distributor is out of stock then you’re SOL, they lied and told me the shoe I purchased was discontinued but when I reached out to the distributing company they said it’s not discontinued, just out of stock

Well... Start with firing the owner, then everyone below. If you need something from this site, buy it from ANYONE ELSE! Took over a week to even tell me there putting my order together.. If I ran my business that way I'd have to file for bankruptcy!! My suggestion is " un " RUN!

Billed my card immediately have yet to ship the order 1 month later. At this point, I just want credit back. I’ve already had to buy the goods somewhere else.
