Most innefficinet way of applying to jobs. New accounts every time, AI is terrible, has so many errors. It is the worst I have ever used.

Workday Jobs is the WORST platform as a job seeker, especially for university positions. It's clunky and never auto-populates correctly. And please, can you stop making us add every single job and education item inside the app? That's why we have a resume. This isn't for a retail store job. Universities: Please get a better application portal!!

I would rate less than 1 star if possible. My work place implemented this at the end of last summer, so I've given it plenty of time to get over the 'change' isn't always bad phase. This program is one of the least user friendly, worst programs I've ever worked with. Not only does a process that used to take me 10 minutes now take me over 30, there is not a single process that workday has improved or even maintained the level of. EVERYTHING IS WORSE. If I could give less stars I would. There has to be someone out there who this evil program helps, but it's not the every day worker.

As a recruiter of 26 years this has to be the absolute worst system I have ever used. I have used them all (PeopleSoft, Taleo, Brass Ring, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Jazz HR, ICIMS, now Workday). Why in 2026 has Workday not figured this out and why are companies insisting on using WD when there are so many better options. Why has Workday just not bought Greenhouse or Lever which has the best user and recruiter experience? CEO's and Heads of People need to do better for their teams and hiring process. Hiring Managers hate it, recruiters hate it, candidates hate it. IT is 2026 there is no reason a company needs to spend a whole RFI/RFP process and hundreds of thousands of dollars to hire contractors and consultants to rebuild and remake the workday system to be able to function for TA/HR/IT etc. The WD sales people must be the best sales people in the world to get companies to buy this junk when NO ONE who is normal likes this system.

Frustrating, whenever i create an account i can never log in, it always says wrong password or account may have been locked, several times for different employers. I dont know why employers still use work day incredibly frustrating. Whenever I want to apply to a role and see they use workday, sometimes i simply cannot be bothered to apply.

absolutely trash. complete non intuitive drival. i cant input on this screen, just go to that screen, oh this screen doesnt allow this, oh go back to this one and request that, then while you are at it input on this screen but not all your information because you need to be in a different tab. yes we know its slow, and it has erros built end, it will work out even if people dont get paid

Giving it two stars and not one because maybe someone somewhere finds this product helpful. Our department was forced on it and for our purposes at least it's worse in almost every aspect than the "outdated" system it replaced. More confusing, slower to process, no one likes it.
