This is the worst (HR) application I ever used as an employee. It's totally not user friendly. I don't understand the success of Workday. Must be very cheap that companies buy it.

Schrott!!! Unsere Firma hat dieses Verwaltungsmonster eingeführt, und es ist einfach nur Müll!!! Unübersichtlich, unlogische, zeitraubend und wirklich in keinem, in gar keinem Bereich positiv anwendbar. Es gibt (bis auf die die es angeschafft haben) niemanden, der diese Anwendung gut oder gar fortschrittlich findet. Die User sind immer wieder lange beschäftigt (trotz langer und ausgiebiger Schulung) und es hat bis jetzt nur Nachteile gebracht. Ich kann nur hoffen, die Konzernführung hat irgendwann ein Einsehen und den Mut, das Monster wieder aus dem Konzern zu verbannen. Ich weiß bis heute nicht, wer diese Anwendung genehmigt und gekauft hat, denn wenn jemand alleine den unlogischen Aufbau sieht, hättet die verantwortliche Person diese Anwendung nie anschaffen dürfen.

What is the point of creating accounts if you have to change your password every single time you sign in. Also, it takes way too long to verify your email when you do try to reset your password. I stopped applying to multiple jobs because they used this software. I wasn't going to wait a half hour for an email to come in before I began an application.

This is utter $*ite, honestly. As a candidate, I immediately stop an application the moment I see the company is asking me to apply through this rubbish. I am not willing to manually enter and correct junk parsing of my CV.

Clunky system that never parses the data from your CV so you manually have to enter everything. There is no crossover in the system to utilise all the manual work you have done to other employment opportunities. The employers never really use the steps process, so the candidate never really knows where they are in the process unless they have been contacted directly by the employer. This system stops potential candidates from applying as it is so antiquated. Advice to all potential users, stay away - both candidate and employer.

Horrible doesn't know how to compute. People working here is either illiterate or dumb. Simple computation they can't make it right. Always wrong 100%.

I have heard that all employees using Workday are cursing it. But the Bosses will not say a word because they got paid huge commissions to buy the software.

So many awful features. I have only used it to apply for jobs. * Having to create a sign-on for every single employer * Terrible CV/resume parsing so that you practically have to do the application manually * It feels as though your CV will never be read because of the way it is butchered. I have given up applying for some jobs just because they use Workday. It may be Workday's system, but it reflects badly on them.
