WorkdayReviews of workday.com

The most badly written software around. Cannot do basic fundamental things, As an applicant I just give up now, when working with it inside the company it had so many flaws and errors throughout. You don't want rockstars in your business, leave them on stage

From a user point of view it's an absolutely hideous interface!!!! The "Absence" section is particularly bad. It drives me insane trying to work out what I have and haven't booked!!! Why no overview on an annual calendar!?! I can only assume they sell this to the corporate bods who haven't got a clue about real life, and/or the right palms are greased?

The most annoying app. Unnecessary passwords changing

This is the worse app to use for calculating your punch in/out times. It will accept your times you’ve punched in but it will secretly punch you out while you’re still at work. You’re thinking yourself still punched in…nope. Then you have to re-enter you login info. I go through this every week. It’s a huge inconvenience and very confusing app. Don’t get me started on submitting requesting off….omg. Just terrible. Your paychecks are wrong. And you can’t go back and resubmit your time. I hate it! Looking for another company to work for WITHOUT this crappy cheap app! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Waste of time, if any company pays for it, a pound is paying too much.

Complete pile of time wasting crap Had this rubbish system for booking holiday forced on us at work. Impossible to access. Never recognises your password. Now can't reset it as stupid system wants answers to security questions that don't apply to me and wouldn't have set up in the first place. Now wants a code from Microsoft Authenticator App. No instructions on how to use. Nowhere to put code. Trying to access my holiday bookings for a week now. Absolutely bloody fed up with it. Never known such a totally rubbish system.

Every time I see that an application is on Workday my heart sinks. Such a nightmare to input information, have issues with the password every single time, even when saved on devices. Such an awful platform, just putting this here in the hopes that more potential employers do not choose Workday as the candidate experience it so terrible.

This platform should not exist. What kind of a stupid platform asks every applicant for every single job posting to sign up to get an account. Location inputting issue is not solved for many competitions. Now I get this WDRES issue, where almost all input fields have this WDRES prefix (it looks really messy and unprofessional) due to some coding issues. I can already think of many minutes lost on this stupid workday platform. This platform is the epitome of redundancies and inefficiencies in job seeker experience. If employers care about their employer brand and candidate experience they don't use this platform which makes zero sense.
