Worst company on the planet. Auto rejecting candidates for arbitrary reasons that have nothing to do with the job description or person specification. Giving candidates the wrong answers to questions during screening interviews. Not actually knowing the answers to the questions they ask, so cannot possibly judge the quality of any answer. Neither candidates nor job seekers like what they do. It's only because they have convinced the bean counters that they can do recruitment cheaper (which doesn't pan out to be the case anyway).

As job seekers I found this portal a nightmare, the customer service doesn’t exist everything I need to reset the password. I am wasting time and energy please please fix this stupid portal or companies should not use this portal to advertise positions

negative infinity if i could my company switching to this makes me wanna switch my job!! I cant even see the info I need on mobile and I accidentally change the schedule everytime I go to look at it. You wanna do all this cool stuff with all these options but all it does it bug down the system and the schedules are so complex with so many conflicts like just stop. Focus on basic functionality first hello!!

Every time I apply for a job through Workday, I already know I’ll receive a rejection email at 2 a.m. Something clearly isn’t working, based on other people’s comments as well. Please do better.

How on this green earth does Workday claim its HR platform is driven by AI? What a crock! There is nothing AI about it and it has not changed in years anyway. It's just garbage. You upload your resume to a company site using workday and its gets 99 percent of everything wrong. Now when I see a job post has led to Workday I hit the X and apply someplace else. Job searching is hard enough without having to deal with Workday and its obsolete processes. It's 2025 not 2005.

I now see any organization or company HR and recruiting org that forces Workday and Integrations in a horrible and negative light. Insurance Industry and government or state entity the biggest culprit. These implementations were handled horribly in Central Illinois.

I confirm all the other negative reviews, I don't understand how a website can be designed like that. It's a nightmare.

This has to be one of the worst job application platforms I’ve ever used. I’ve ended up with over a thousand accounts no thanks to its refusal to let me use the same email across the board. Every time it always says I already have an account, but it won’t let me log in and instead forces me to reset my password all the time, or else it just locks my account over and over again.
