I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one because of the positive impact WordStream has had on my company. It was one of the best decisions I've made in a 40 year business career. WordStream is amazing, and my consultant, Navah is incredible. Financially, my budget is more streamlined with a savings exceeding 33%, and yet my conversions are increased way beyond expectations! Having access to someone who understands my business, my goals, my competition and my industry has been an amazing advantage, and most importantly a wonderful consolidation of the various social medias. Facebook, Display Ads and pay-per-click all in one place. And they constantly improve and make fantastic changes to the Program. The Optimize Search Traffic Alert shows you actual search queries that you haven't added to your ad groups, either as keywords or negatives and helps people like me see the broader picture, and in just a few minutes every Monday morning, I use this new improved tool to make smart decisions. I thought it was great before, and now I'm even more impressed. I'd give Wordstream and Navah 6 stars if I could!

My company has had a positive experience using Wordstream. The staff is friendly, intelligent and easy to work with. I appreciate their accessibility and ability to teach me different aspects of Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I personally enjoy the 20-minute work week feature to allow me to spend time in our campaigns each week without getting sucked in to all the details. Wordstream's software tells me what I need to focus on and allows me to manage my time. With Wordstream's help, we are on our way to enhancing our efforts and growing our own business.

Lauren responds very quickly to our email questions and our scheduled calls to go over Wordstream and how to use have been so helpful and insightful. The consultant is excellent, she knows what to do and works fast. She fixes and upgrades my ads while I watch. The service is expensive, though.
