"Subpar Software, Incompetent Staff, Rediculous Contracts" What do you like best? The reason I let their high pressure sales tactics lure me into signing the contract is they promised the software would improve ROI and be easier to use then the google platform.. What do you dislike? It's not actually easier then the google platform, especially adwords editor. I didnt even know about editor, part of the reason why I signed up for the consulting. It wasnt until I threated to cancel they actually gave me a somewhat competent consultant, and as soon as I tried editor I realized why they were trying to hide it from me.. So aside from the staff sucking, and the software being terrible for creating new campaigns because they haven't even adapted it to all of Googles new functions, one promise is automated suggestions to optimize your account. I stopped getting these suggestions after the first couple weeks then the few I got were completely worthless. ^^^^^1 word to describe Wordstream? GIMMICK. Recommendations to others considering the product Simply don't do it. They will steal your money. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It didnt work for anything they promised it would. If there are any issues at this point it's the fact they lock you into a contract (because they know youll want to leave when you realize how bad it is). Zero benefits whatsoever, with the exception of their exceptional free learning materials (that you dont have to pay for. Stuff on the "Customer Portal" is no different then the blog for the most part.

This company is nothing but a scam! They ripped me off! They forced me to pay without any service. Don’t fall on their trap.once u sign the 1 year contract then u r done.u can’t cancel it even if u r not satisfied with them. Be aware!!!! All the positive reviews u see here are paid/ reviewed by them

Found out this company got hold of my account information and has been taking money from us for the past 6 months. Called them many times there isn't anyone to answer the phone there. After many days insisting joke to someone they said they would look into the issue can call me back. Never called me end up taking money from me again... Absolute joke. have started a case against them to hopefully get my money back again. AVOID! in case someone from the business see this and decides to finally look into the case my contact email address is dinotrips at mail.com

RUN! RUN! RUN! Worst company ever! I signed with this company back in November they promised me the moon and I am sinking. They've destroyed my Google AdWords account they've destroyed my company and they're still billing me even after they told me they would let me out of my contract. I've tried contacting their office I've tried emailing to get this corrected and no one will respond. If you are looking to sign with this company DON'T ! You would have better luck just going through Google. Every suggestion there people gave did nothing. I signed with the company to lower the cost of my AdWords but it has doubled. They never tell you not to delete anything until it's too late once it's gone it's gone being a beginner I did not know that and there was nothing they were willing to do to fix it I even paid extra to have a one-on-one consultation twice a yet it did nothing to help.

Ignore the all false (5) stars reviews. This is SCAM SOFTWARE and do NOTHING! ... AVOID THIS COMPANY AD ANY COST... We found it to be falsely advertised, the service did not perform as was described. The agreement states that there are several plan options but when I attempted to locate the "options" they were no where to be found. Once I realized that the service was not as advertised and I was misled on the level of usability I decided to cancel. I emailed my support rep to cancel the service and received a reply confirming cancelation and was told someone would contact me to speak further. I never received a phone call. I called the following day and said I cancelled the service and was told I would receive a call back, I never received a call back. I cancelled the personal credit card I provided Wordstream and seen that they were billing my newly issued card without authorization. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company which is currently pending.

Do not waste your money with WordStream. It is a very well made and system to scam. Don't expect WordStream do magic. You need to know about adwords and spend time, If this is the case just use google adwords portal and spend a bit more time and you well be better off. With almost the same amount of money you can hire a professional to take care of your adwords account.

Extremely Bad Service - Stay Away from this Crowd. I was signed up by their sales rep promising all kind of flexibility and support / training . however opposite to that, there was one phone call of training which was pushing for premium service. Despite emails , i was told the my account manager was AWAY . After three months i decided to cancel it as it was not getting any where. Then some one else put the contract in front of me and telling me i am bound for six months. The sales rep is gone, the account manager disappeared. Now i am dealing with another monkey telling me i heard everything wrong. I must have misunderstood. Absolute rubbish. Stay away. This crowd is not interested in improving your account , only interested in monthly payments .
