We are not having the best experience with Wordstream. We started using the platform for ads however they changed their service to exclude feeds and now we have been directed to another company GODATAFEED who are equally as bad as Wordtream and charging loads more for the same service. We now have campaigns that do not have a feed. Its a total mess and Workstream just keep taking money and not resolving the issue. I cannot currently recommend Wordtsream and you have to book weeks in advance to get to speak to anyone, then if you are unlcky they will cancel a scheduled call at the last minute. Appalling service.

Terrible company and performance
Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED.
My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money.
Their service is terrible and they banged me for an extra month's fees despite my written cancellation beyond the minimum time frame required. I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from this company - total trash.

Hi Todd,
Thank you for providing this feedback. We were sorry to see your review, as our team has tried to help clarify the misunderstanding around your contract, and also worked very quickly to issue a same-day refund of your final charge.
Our hope for all our clients is that they’d achieve their marketing goals and grow their businesses; but it’s important for all clients to attend their one-on-one consulting calls with their dedicated consultant. We would’ve liked to see you attend your calls, so that we could’ve provided the personalized service we give all our clients, and could’ve better helped you decrease costs and increase your conversion rate.
If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly so we can work together to address them.
Best regards,
The WordStream Team

Read the fine print, they will gouge you
edit: Replying back and saying "read the fine print" isn't customer service. Why did you bother replying? You sell air. Why put in your contract 30 days notice to cancel when you sell software you can simply turn off? Because you know people don't read the fine print is why, and you want to take advantage. That's the entire reason i wrote this review to tell others about your crappy policies.
I requested service cancellation. I was billed Dec 25th. Requested cancellation Jan 7. There is no way to cancel service from within your account which should have been the first red flag. So I requested cancelation through their customer support. I was told "my request was received" but then you are forced into taking a call from their management to try to push continuing with their service. I didn't take the call and was greeted then with a follow up email asking me to call them. I told them to just cancel the service. Then i received another email saying I will be billed again on Jan 25th for another month of service and my account will be shut down on Feb 25th. I wasn't asking for a partial refund for the 2 weeks I used starting Dec 25th. I was happy to pay for service through the 25th of January. No problem. But to then bill me for another month of service when I clearly have no intention of using it. Buyer beware.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for the feedback on this issue. As per your contract and our cancellation terms, you may cancel your subscription 30 days prior to the next monthly billing date. As stated above, you were billed on 12/25/2019 and submitted your cancellation request on 01/07/2020. Unfortunately that was not within the 30 day window prior to 01/25/2020, hence why your last invoice was billed on 01/25/2020. Our apologies for any confusion on this matter. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this directly!

What a massive waste of money!
We've been sold something that we did not need! Everything that their software offers can be done in Google Ads very easily...
What a massive waste of money!

Full of false promises
Full of false promises, dishonest I would never recommend them to anyone We hired them to improve our Google Adwords and Bing ranking, unfortunately, our ranking went down in both.

Hi Maher,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Achieving your goal was our top priority, and in working together, we were dedicated to providing a transparent service. We were excited to see improvements to your lead volume and cost per lead, and are sorry that we could not achieve the desired CPA you had hoped for. Unfortunately, like any marketing effort, the success of online advertising is impacted by many factors – not just the time and effort spent. There were many factors outside of our control with your account, like what was happening in the market, your competition, etc. It’s important to have realistic goals based on the market. Although we couldn’t come to an agreement on what was realistic, we were more than happy to work towards improvement. We’d be more than happy to discuss this or any other questions with you directly and we wish you the best success in your future endeavors!
Best regards, the WordStream Team

Horrible Experience - Don't Use WordStream
Horrible Experience again. More fool me for backing us a second time. We first used Wordstream in 2013 for twelve months; we wanted to bail at ten, so we paid them one month and left. Late 2018 we need assistance as we were just too busy, our market was changing, and we were about to launch a new, so we tried them again. As others have said, they were great starters, big talkers and promises, and we knew what to expect. Honestly, I'm not sure why we tried them again as our site was scoring over 93% already. This time we last six months and are currently in dispute with them. Their consultant never followed us up, so we have missed months but charged the consultant fee. The interface/dashboard has stupidly out of date information and stats, sometimes up to 6 weeks old. The recommendations by the Wordstream system mirrored the Google Ads recommendations several times, making us think all they do is 'scrape' the information from Google and display it in the Wordstream dashboard. The 20-minute workweek made the same recommendations week after week and suggested the same keyword bid increase as the 'quality score' was good. Again, the same suggestions as Google. It's a ripoff, and you will feel it when you use this system.
The Wordstream system can't handle foreign currencies. We used their Facebook interface, imagine my shock when we set up the system in Thai Baht as 1,000 a day, and Facebook started charging US$1,000 a day. I pointed it out and was told 'we'll look into that' There were other issues, but overall Wordstream FAILED to deliver what they promised, and their software is DONE. Google tools are way more accurate and now more straightforward to use. Don't waste your money with Wordstream. Take the time, do a few tutorials on YouTube and you'll do better than the Wordstream recommendations for sure. Very disappointed!

Sales team (**name removed**) far too…
Sales team (**name removed**) far too pushy for my liking. Software isn't all it's cracked up to be, however these "Adwords Experts" will insist it is the best on the market which isn't true.
Save your money and get a decent Adwords agency to look after your account.
Update - 26/02/20198
Oh, and they hassled me to remove the name of the pushy sales person!

Hi Curly,
All our sales reps do their very best to get to know the businesses they work with. I'm sorry that we came across as pushy. I wish you the best in finding the right solution for you!
