I've been working with Wordstream over the past 4 months to revamp our Adwords account which had been a little neglected over the years. From day 1, dealing with the sales team (Andrew Springs) and the customer success team (Andrew Seger) has been a dream. Thanks to you both! The product itself is brilliant. We use it only for Google Ads and it has helped us better understand what makes an efficient and effective Google Ads account and we have seen an improvement in performance in the short time we've been using it. It is user-friendly and while some of the things can be done in Google Ads, Wordstream has an easier workflow.

Manages PPC accounts with automation tools, simplifies issues, has a great dashboard and they add new features regularly. All the core metrics are easy to understand. The agency we used did about 1% of the things this does in 20 mins a week.

Wordstream is a leading company regarding PPC budget management. This gives them tremendous amount of data that is used to continuously improve their tool. What we like the best is the 20 min work week which enables us to save time managing our PPC campaings. This is specially helpful when you have more than 30 accounts!.. Facebook and Google integration is frictionless and having your team all together under your company's account is a plus!. Reports are very friendly and useful.. could be better if all tags could be edited or translated.

Our agency was looking for a tool that would give us quick, easy ways to enhance our current AdWords strategy. WordStream does just that. The interface is super easy to use and offers a ton of great information. I love the 20 minute work week because it shows me quick ways that I can make a positive impact on our existing campaigns. We also included their managed services in our subscription. We get one hour a month with an AdWords expert who goes through our accounts and helps find opportunities that they think would help. We have gotten so much out of those sessions and we look forward to what we'll learn in 2019!

I highly recommend WordStream. It has turned out to be a very helpful tool for our ad agency. We are able to manage Google display & PPC campaigns, Bing, and Facebook ads all from one place. Starting out I only had a broad understanding of PPC campaigns. The staff and training support at WordStream has been EXCELLENT. They have patiently answered my questions, and their training is easy to follow and absorb. Honestly, every phone call with their team would get 5 stars from us.

Using Wordstream has been great for us so far. We've seen increased results and return on our Google Ads which was the main reason we signed up for the service. The dashboard/site is extremely easy to use and very intuitive for someone who is not exactly a Google Ad expert! Plus, the consulting service has been amazing! Our rep took the time to get to know our business to help make suggestions that were actually right for us and actually produced results. I would recommend Wrodstream to any small business looking to get more out of their Google Ads and some guidance/knowledge along the way!

We've been a Wordstream customer for several months now, and I have zero complaints. The UI is intuitive, allowing you to quickly understand how to move around your account and make changes, and easily post to your account. Wordstream has allowed us to identify quick wins in the account that we may have missed due to the workload on the marketing department. The 20 Minute Workweek function allows you to make quick, impactful changes, while the Querystream function allows for easy management of negative keywords. Immensely enjoy working in Wordstream versus the Adwords UI.
