The Team at Wordfence were brilliant…
The Team at Wordfence were brilliant when my website was under attack from security issues. Every step of the way, they were incredible in their support, communication, and resolution of the issue. If you have a WordPress site, I think it's imperative that you have Wordfence. Thanks team!!

Wordfence 10/10!
Wordfence works great, prevents hundreds and thousands of attacks per day, has incredible customization, and Support is prompt and knowledgeable 10/10!

couldn't log into my account to disable auto-renew
couldn't log into my account to disable auto-renew but Phil from customer service was able to resolve the issue. Thank you and will be using Wordfence again in the future!

I've used Wordfence for several years…
I've used Wordfence for several years now on my personal and business websites and have found it well worth the cost to help protect them. Over those years, I've had only one instance that required customer support, and Phil, the Customer Support Engineer who responded, was timely and professional. An exceptional example of customer support done well.

Worth the Investment for Website Security
As a small business owner, I’ve taken on everything myself—from website design to setting up security within WordPress—and honestly, it’s not my strongest area. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Wordfence. I was a little hesitant at first about what I’d receive for the price, but I’m very glad I moved forward. Their customer service was excellent—quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They guided me through securing all three of my websites, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Wordfence to others in a similar position.
