This company //service allows you to block countries and individual IP addresses. And its EASY to do. I got them after being hacked by evil people from other countries. No problems with them whatsoever. I am thankful for them.

A website of one of our clients had been terminated by local police. A premium Wordfence license was still active on the website, which we renewed a month ago. I got a very quick and friendly reply from their support, who gave me a full refund of the paid fee. Fast, friendly and the perfect solution, so really great experience!

The best customer support that I've ever had. I bought premium WordFence and anytime I need it, they respond within a very short window of time and help. They explained to me which settings to configure the plugin and have been there with me for several years now. Since having WordFence, I feel my site is secure completely. It even gives me reports where I can see the results of scans and know exactly if my site is secure, daily. Excellent product. Their team cares about your site, truly.

Have been using Wordfence for several years now after they cleaned a site after a hack. The plugin works great, support is even better. A redefinition of Service. Great work! (Thanks Phil!)

I can't imagine to run my WordPress sites without Wordfence, tons of options, good reports - and a very valuable support - mostly for repairing my self induced problems.

Don't often leave reviews, but thought I needed to offer my support of this product. Product is brilliant. I have used free version previously but recently upgraded my sites to the premium version which is worth every penny. The support either makes or breaks a good product and in this case the support has been exemplary. Top marks!

Found a missing file that was stopping Live View from working. Also helped fix 2FA. Excellent support! Thank you.

A superb product. We have used WordFence and WF Premium for several years - it's one of the first plugins we install on every website we build or maintain. Besides peace of mind from their firewall and scan tools, WordFence also produce excellent content each week in their blog and video casts.
