I've just signed up to Wordfence as I had a problem with my security, and they were great at taking to the time to explain what had happened and what steps I should take. Fantastic service.

I've used Wordfence for years and I've been very pleased with the value of their service. I haven't had to contact their support until today, and I was very surprised at the speed of their response. Awesome job!

I have Wordfence installed on approximately 50 websites and as long as I have it running, and look into the security issues Wordfence alerts me to (and keep all plugins updated) I've never had a site get hacked. Recently I switched phones and my 2FA credentials were lost. I contacted Wordfence and with an hour I was able to regain access to my account. Thanks for the great customer service.

I use Wordfence response. The kind of assistance provided to me is incredible. You can count on them. It's the best security plugin available for WordPress.

Their support is fantastic. I had an issue with logging in to my website and opened a support ticket. Tim from support was quick to respond and give me an alternative way to get logged in. Then, helped review my site and flag that another plugin was causing my issue. Would recommend this plugin to anyone that wants to add extra security to their website.

Amazing support and overall plugin! This plugin firewall, blacklist, 2FA and other security functions are fantastic! The support team is thorough and thoughtful in their replies. Highly recommend this to everyone with a WP site.

MANY MANY YEARS AGO ==== a couple of weeks ago, a client at a 'questionable' hosting company got spam injected . . . a problem I had never had at any of my other customer sites at other more reputable hosting companies - so I went to the google genie and researched security plugins, and as we all know, there are basically 3 that are highly rated and downloaded . . so I choose the first one, installed it, ran it and if found nothing . . . I then un-installed it and went to the next one, WordFence, and it found 2 'bad' files which I deleted - it found the exact location of the spam injection in my client's core WordPress code . . . which I then was able to manually delete - wow - this plugin is just fantastic - thanks for creating this - I will consider buying your premium version, just to pay you something as I feel guilty of what it did for me, for free 11/17/22 update ==== above was years ago (I have no idea how many) - I have been using this product for years now on all my sites - FANTASTIC I recently had a problem that was detected with the free version, deleted and repaired all files and the site crashed and burned decided to try premium to fix it - ran it, found errors, fixed it (repaired and deleted files), expanded scan, found more error, fixed it - BAABLAM - all fixed can't say enough about the quality of this product or the service they provide YOU CAN’T GO WRONG TRYING THIS PLUGIN!
