WordfenceReviews of wordfence.com

Le support a été très réactif et m'a proposé une solution détaillée à exécuter en toute autonomie. Efficacité, rapidité et suivi de la solution. Le produit est très efficace au quotidien. J'en suis vraiment très satisfait.

Great support experience. Phil was very clear and straight to the point, helping us quickly identify a jQuery conflict that was breaking parts of the site. The explanation was simple but technically solid, which made the fix straightforward. Really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Wordfence saved my community site when my host failed me I run a free community site for LGBTQ+ seniors that I operate purely out of love for my community. When malware infected my theme files, my hosting provider’s own paid malware scanner missed it completely — leaving me waiting all day with no resolution. Wordfence not only detected the exact backdoor that my host missed, it identified the precise files affected and gave me everything I needed to fix it myself. Within hours my site was clean. What truly set Wordfence apart was the human support. Margaret, a Customer Support Engineer, responded with clear, specific, actionable guidance perfectly tailored to my situation. She was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about what I was doing and why. For anyone running a WordPress site — especially a community or nonprofit site where budget is tight and every dollar counts — Wordfence is not optional. It’s essential. It’s the security layer that actually works when everything else fails. Thank you Margaret and the entire Wordfence team. My community is safer because of you. 💙 — Mark

We use both the free and PRO versions of Wordfence extensively, with excellent results. In addition, the Wordfence team provides exemplary customer services, both technical and administrative.

Wordfence is an intuitive and powerful plugin with stellar support. They are continuously updating it and communicating with end users. They have helped me through a hack (It was my fault--not a failed firewall) and the bazillion questions (for weeks) that followed. They have helped me through ensuring my test site is secure. The engineers are thorough, knowledgable, and responsive. I have the Premium version and highly recommend. I cannot recommend Wordfence more highly.

A month prior to opening a support ticket with Wordfence, I had apparently misconfigured 2FA on one of my sites. After opening a ticket, Inreceived highly detailed instruction on the steps I needed to take to unravel the mess I had made and they worked perfectly. Support is great and the “tone” of communications was very respectful. I highly recommend the product and the service.

Great plugin! Great support! The free version of Wordfence has been our go-to security plugin on client sites for years. When we had a client that required security to be cranked up a bit, it was a no-brainer to upgrade. Wordfence Premium handled everything we needed—and more. We’ve only needed tech support once, but the support team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—and, more importantly, fast and accurate. Thanks, Wordfence!

We needed to close our paid account after moving away from WordPress sites. Wordfence's billing staff helped us to do that happily, quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated!
