I ordered a bag for a Christmas present. The day it arrived some dogs tore it up. I have contacted them 3 times, they wanted pictures so I sent pictures of the torn up bag. It has been over 3 weeks and they have still not responded to my emails. I always thought that unless you sign for a delivery, the sender is responsible for you receiving your order intact.

I have the bag, and the bag itself is not that bad, however it is a bit small for my needs and I do not think the bag will last very long. I requested a return slip long before the expiration date and I never received anything from them. This is the 1st and only correspondence I have gotten since getting the bag.

I ordered a school backpack that my daughter loved off of the website. I did receive a backpack, but it was not the design that I ordered and my daughter did not want it. I then reached out to customer service about the mistake and was told that the design that I ordered was not available. I messaged back that I did not want to keep the backpack and was told that I would be given back $10 if I would keep it. I responded that I was not interested in keeping the backpack and would like a full refund. I have not heard back from customer service. I would still like to return the backpack. I will not do business with this company again.

I have been trying to receive return merchandise from Woosir.com. They will not respond. Will not buy from them again. The response states, “Aimee has replied to you.” There is no reply from Aimee or anyone else. Please advise. Thank you.
