I purchased a camera backpack from Woosir. Two weeks after I bought it, I took it on location. All I had inside was my mirrorless camera and 2 lenses, so it was not loaded much. The strap broke, and the feet on the bottom of the bag rubbed my back so badly that I got very painful abrasions. I sent photos to the company to ask for a refund, and they denied it because I was 2 days outside the 14-day return window. The product is clearly faulty and not good quality.

I paid to have it personalized and put the name I wanted on the order, but it arrived without the personalization. It’s a gift and I have no time to have it redone. So disappointed.

Your return policy is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again. I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. So now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want.

I tried to return the bag because it didn't meet the expectations I had. However, I kept getting a bargaining instead of a return process. The original bag that I purchased wasn't available and I wasn't able to cancel the order for a refund.

Purchased a Woosir travel bag which included ordering my initials. Couple of issues with this bag: 1) initials are at the bottom of the bag barely noticing. Don’t spend the extra expense. 2) first use using one slider to zipper the bag, elements came apart. Zipper is of inferior material. Customer service claims I must have over stuffed the bag. Don’t buy this product or any product from Woosir, they don’t stand by the product making returns cumbersome. Stand by for further review while I continue to handle this lemon!

The product came to me damaged. When reached out to Woosir and told them , they offered me a $10 refund for an $89 bag. I said no, and asked for. Full refund and they offered me $20. I’m still trying to get a refund but will never order from this company again. The least they could do is offer me new bag or full credit for a product that is not damaged

Buyers Beware! I ordered 2 bags from this company and spent close yo $400 dollars. My husband did want to keep the bags so I was planning on returning them. I emailed the company because I could not find a phone number (I don’t think they are in the United States). They responded telling me they would only refund $30 and I could keep the bags. I was not happy so I sent another email insisting a full refund, but all I got back was an offer for a $60 refund. Unbelievable! Definitely not a reputable company and I will never order from them again! I’m out A-LOT of money!

I was disappointed with the delay in shipping.
