Never buy there! My package never arrived, although they said it was delivered. Customer service: terrible. They are extremely slow and send you through all kinds of bureaucratic hoops to make you give up. Also strange: I paid $200 for the bag, but the value of the goods is listed as $10 on custom-declaration. So I can't even report the loss of the package to my insurance company. If you really want a product: do a reverse image search. You'll find the same products much cheaper. This is a rip-off.

I ordered this camera bag on June 2. Have not yet received the bag. It’s been over 22 days. Now it’s saying that it is delayed. The tracking showed that it had gone through customs three times in several facilities here in the United States but when I went to the US post office, they said it has never been scanned in the United States. I spent over $150 on this item and have not received it. There is no phone number to get a hold of anyone every time you emailed they just sent me an email back saying we can assure you your package is on the way. With no estimated date of when it might arrive at this point I feel like I’m being scammed.

My package was shipped with a wrong mailing zip code. The package was to ship within 3 to 5 days starting 6/3. I possibly am to get it 6/25. Missed getting it to my nephew for his graduation. Shipper failed to coordinate with FedEx in an appropriate manner. A nightmare of phone calls to get results. If I was persistent it would have been shipped back to China.

Apr 23 I ordered a bag for a retiring soldier. Apr 24 I was notified they did not have the color ordered. I responded on Apr 25 to send the khaki color. On Apr 28 I was thanked for my reply. Apr 30 I followed up on the order status. They responded that because of International Workers day being May 1-4 my order would ship on May 5. Received email May 7 order shipped. May 21 I sent them an email stating I was still waiting on the bag and that the tracking stated it was returned to the shipping facility and asked what I should do. They responded May 22 with a picture of the package that showed the correctly labeled shipping information and nothing else in the pic. They wanted me to confirm whether I received the package. I responded with several emails on May 22 stating I had. It received it, described my neighborhood as being small and if a neighbor had received it, they would have brought it to me. I also pointed out that the picture only showed the package and not my front porch or doorstep. My final email that day stated that I would wait till the next day to hear from someone and if I did not, I would assume I needed to cancel the order and work with my credit card company to correct the issue. May 23rd they responded that they confirmed with the logistics provider it was delivered and suggested I look near my doorstep(?). I could also call the same logistics provider myself. So I did that and had to leave the required information as they were busy assisting other customers. Still haven’t heard from them. I also pointed out to them that the picture they sent to me had no distinguishing features other than the shipping label, so not sure how they are able to determine it was delivered to me. It may have been delivered but I did not receive it. And other than a few emails, responses to my inquiries, I have heard nothing. Guess I am not getting the bag.

Terrible service. Refused to process a full refund for a bag that was clearly too small. Overpriced bag as well.

Cancelled the order due to out of stock; order was filled incorrectly anyway, and a partial refund was given that makes no sense. The product quality that DID arrive was poor.

The item that I ordered (a sleeping bag) had a plastic zipper that could easily break. I asked to return the item. Woosir offered to give me a discount if I kept the item. I indicated that the item would not be sufficient for my needs. They provided a return address to China and related instructions. I paid the shipping charges and included the information that was requested in the return package. I then emailed the USPS tracking number to Woosir customer service as they requested. Several weeks past and I emailed to ask for an update. They replied "We checked the logistics information and found no signature." In no previous communication was there mention of a signature. I provided all that was requested. It has become apparent that they have no intention of refunding me for the purchase. I feel like I've been scammed.
