Arrived on time I asked if the bracelet I ordered could be shortened they said no sent several emails saying i was not satisfied could I have a refund no reply it has now started to go rusty and I haven’t even warn it because it’s to big.

Placed an order for a ring in February already, no order received no replies on numerous emails sent. Keep getting not secure messages to redeliver my parcell because they are having problems. No problems with my address when I ordered my parcell. Tracking number shows now expired, I do think you need to start using a better courier company. Order number #WOP07456071

I ordered a Naviforce watch on March 04, 2023 - Order #15147 . (My credit card was charged at the time.) Still waiting for delivery on May 19, 2023. Repeated emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Update: Finally got a response. Question is, why did it take a poor review here to get a reply? I should have received notice immediately upon the charge not going through for the purchase. This is the second time the charge was not processed. Could it be the watch is not available? You'd think a simple response from customer service could/should clear this up.

bought a pair of shoes a month ago, I paid extra to have them delivered faster. I have not received the product yet. I have written to them 3 times and they have not contacted me with an explanation or refunded my money. I have nothing constructive to say other than don't buy anything from this company.

I never received my package. No contact, no tracking, and when I tried to follow up, no response.

Horrible and cheap product. And return policy is trash. Cost more than the item alone.

Was not what I thought I was getting. Picture is a lie. Hate it.
