I have yet to receive my pkg. It's been over 3 weeks. I think this place is a fraud.

I would give them no stars if I could. The bracelet came completely wrong and when I reached out to them to return to make the bracelet correct, their email back to me was it’s not worth it for them to fix it and don’t send it back because it was close enough. Everything was wrong with it so I don’t see how that’s close enough. Ugh.

Fake images - product look nothing like the website. Must be AI generated. Overpriced printed products. The website makes its it look like it is a 3D - but its simply a sticker on a piece of plastic. Avoid - unless your enjoy being scammed.

Terrible experience with the item and customer service. The item I received did not look Nothing at all as what they advertised. It arrived cracked. I request a replacement item. Never received it.

I did not receive my order at all and they are scamming people out there money and needs to be shut down.

I always order my granddaughter an ornament for Christmas each year....11 years this year. I ordered from Whoohops on December 2. Today is the 21st. Still no ornament or expected delivery date. I'm furious!

Same as everyone else I wanted the real thing not a 3d type picture! What a disappointment for my MIL. I figured a $40 ornament was a great gift but not this pos. DO NOT ORDER HERE

I ordered a personalized birthstone ring. Took them forever to ship to me. Then one of the stones fell out in a matter of a few weeks. I reached out to them for assistance and they emailed me back asking for photos. I took the photos and sent them with screenshots of my order, but suddenly their email address “cannot receive mail”. I tried multiple times and the support@woohops is just seemingly disabled. I tried to reach out again directly through the website and have been ignored. Definitely not worth the money and the long wait for a product that just falls apart.
