Ordered a “this grandma belongs to” keychain for my mom! I received and email confirmation and tracking number within the day. The item took a little over a week and a half. My mom received it today and it looks exactly as advertised and was great quality! I reached out to customer service to send me an update email since my email was full when they send it, they did not hesitate to resend and was very professional!
