Order a shirt for my wife on September 15 & they said We’ll let you know when it on its way. And that’s the last I heard from them, Yes, They got paid on September 17 too. This is a scam.

I have purchased 1x T-shirt but have been charged 2 payments one of £29.49 and another at £23.42 WHY? My full purchase is £36.98 yet I have been relieved of ££53.00 Day light robbery!!!

I ordered 2 ornaments. When I received them, one was perfect the other was cracked at the top and the hole for hanging the ornament was not drilled. I sent an email via the website asking for a replacement but have not heard back from the company. This really is disappointing for so many reasons. I really like the ornaments and wanted to order more for the rest of my family and I am now concerned to do so.

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament which I was asked to fill out at the time of ordering and it was perfect, looked great. When I received it, it was blank with a fine marker pen included. This was bait and switch. So disappointing as this is for my granddaughter's first Christmas.

This is the worst shirt i have ever received. Ordered a 3XL and it was still way to small. It is made of an ultra-shear nylon material not a cotton polyblend as advertised. Can't believe most of the reviews on their site are real, based on what I received. This thing was over $40 with the personalization. I would have even been willing to pay more if it was a decently made shirt

Very very poor product. Cheap nasty tshirt made from a cheap awful nylon material and not cotton. Tshirt not sewn properly at the seams, it is falling apart! I feel there is false advertising in regards to their products. Don't bother wasting your money on their goods.

Scam artists, no customer care or service, just generic responses. Says you can cancel order but they insist you keep product even though I cancel within 15 minutes of ordering and it has even been made or packaged out or give it as a gift to a friend when it arrives even though your own name is printed on it. Very poor dealings..... do not use this company very shonky and they falsely advertise there terms.
