Change carrier packages are being delivered without care and I tried emails and calling the halify they are the worst 😡

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a canvas print of my first date location. It showed up almost 2 months later and it was completely ruined. The canvas it wrinkled, bent and frayed. It honestly looks like a kindergarten class made this and a day care class shipped it. It's not worth giving as a gift to someone you care about. I could give it as a gag gift? Something we could make fun of but not worth the emotional meaning it was bought to convey. It's absolutely terrible

I didnt receive my package I reached out to the company they said check with my post office I did, my post office didn’t deliver it . They still have said who delivered my package it was stolen , They put it outside my front door.

I never received my ring Still never received my ring it was special gift I paid express shipping yet never received it, can't even get a refund because I can't contact no one 🤦‍♀️😠

This companies complaint procedures are shit, I ordered a picture said they delivered it and yes they did but not to me and 2 weeks of emails back and forwards and I have photo evidence of my address and they have photo evidence of someone else address and I’m still waiting for this matter to be resolved so who’s stupid because it’s not me.

It's been almost a month since my first purchase and still have not received my item. Can't believe you all are still in business.
