I needed help with training my 3 month old pup and turned to this app. This app was really helpful and my pup behaves so much better. I never thought I could do this on my own but this app really helped.

This app charged me twice at two different rates for a trial of the app then added another “zen manual” I did not purchase. Plus I spent hours trying to even access the site and app which were both locking me out to be able to cancel the subscriptions. I will be disputing charges with my credit card. The training I saw is pretty basic and left such a sour taste in my mouth after all the issues that I don’t even care about it now. Colossal waste of time and money.

Have been trying since February 2026 to cancel subscription. Their site is basically worthless, not helpful. The app does not have the support needed, for training and seemingly impossible to cancel. I cancel, get notice it is cancelled and the billing continues. This site is a total scam, beware!
