I like the ability to go at your dog’s own pace. Simple instructions and you see results. Excellent customer service, too!

Every day Woofz attempts to remove money from my bank account. I canceled within the trial. My 1999 was refunded, however every single day there are 4 to 6 attempts and withdrawing various amounts of money from eight dollars to $79 multiple times during the day I have shut down my bank account in terms of keeping zero balance on it. I have exchanged over 100 emails back-and-forth with the company who claims that the withdrawals are driven by an automated system which cannot be interrupted and therefore for the rest of my life, Woofx is going to try to take money out of my account. I have not closed my account because I need to have record of their attempts. I am very worried. They are going to try to send me to collections and destroy my credit rating. Do not try to use WOOFZ. there are plenty of other dog training methods out there that will not try to put you in the poor house.

I've had limited experience with dog training, but I understand psychology. This seems to follow it and I've had great results in one night.

Hi Andy, Thank you for the good rating! We hope you’re having as much fun with the lessons as your dog is. And we're always here if you need a tip or two.
