So far it’s going great! Definitely easier doing it on our own time instead of worrying about making it to a scheduled class in a store or with an instructor. Simple steps to follow and good education so far. Excited to see how much we get to teach our puppy!

Beware - it's a subscription scam. They auto signed me up for subscription that I gave no authorisation for. It was advertised as a one time fee, and there's no way to unsubscribe. Three weeks later I got two random charges for different amounts from them. One of which was much larger than the original fee I paid. When I contacted support they said they would refund the smaller $10 amount ignoring the larger fee. They never refunded anything. I had to cancel my card. If you go on Reddit there are loads of people who had the same issue - people getting subscribed with no notice for fees up to $99 per month.

Hello Wendy! We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. All subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are available on your screen during purchase, in your admin profile, and through our support team. If you need help reviewing or managing your subscription, our team is available 24/7 to guide you - just leave the message at [email protected].
