Hey Riina, There seems to be a misunderstanding: Woofz is fully based on positive reinforcement methods - we NEVER use punishment. All of our training programs, exercises, and guidance focus on building a healthy relationship with your dog while encouraging good behavior in a supportive, reward-based way. You can check the training content directly in the app or reach out to our support team if you’d like a walkthrough - they’ll happily show you how our positive methods are applied throughout the programs.
