I never signed up with them
I never signed up with them. I’ve no idea who they are yet they’ve taken £179.85 off me in 3 months. The “subscription” was taken out in January. I have no emails or knowledge of this. I do not follow them on social media or have the app. How they got my details is a mystery and now I can’t get hold of them to ask them how or why this happened and will need to put up a dispute to get money back for a subscription I never signed up for. BUYER BEWARE.
