The small bite classes are great. When I do them they are great.

Update!!!! Still haven't heard from Woofz, it is now 7/18/26. As I said, SAVE YOUR MONEY Save your money, you can get much better advice by going online for free or going to library. Sent email to cancel and refund my money with 1.5 minutes of the order. They refused to refund, and oh, I am allowed to sign into the site till what they charge expires. Their customer service is sassy when you ask for refund. They don't care they just want your money.

Hello Carol! We're truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. We always aim to be as transparent as possible about our subscription, cancellation, and refund policies. All of these terms are available before purchase and can also be found in our Terms of Use. We understand that this doesn't change your experience, and we're sorry we weren't able to provide the outcome you were hoping for. Your feedback is important to us, and we've shared it with our team as we continue working to improve both our app and the support experience we provide.

For the most part my dog is pretty good and loves people and I want him to be that way. He just has a hard time focusing.
Response from WoofzJul 4, 2026
Hi Charles, we love seeing pup parents who are so dedicated to understanding their pets better. 🐶💛 If there’s anything we can do to make your sessions even better, just let us know at [email protected].

A little confusing at first as had the app way before the Pup. Getting to grips with it now & easy to do the training instructions. All going well up to now with having him just over a week now we are training after allowing a week to settle in with us.
