The cancellation process is impossible and it’s impossible to reach anyone regarding the issue. **EDIT TO ADD** I can’t reply to their response but I did check my Apple ID and the WOOFZ was NOT showing up active subscription or showing under inactive. I did in fact check the app also as well as the webpage. You cannot chat with with a customer service agent in the app, it wanted me to pay $4.99 to do so at one point and you cannot login from the webpage.
Response from WoofzJul 4, 2024
Hi Amber! It's worth noting that subscription management is handled explicitly in your Apple ID settings, not within the app itself. Should you face any difficulties canceling your subscription, you can always drop us a line at [email protected], and we'll send the relevant instructions. As we can see, we're already in touch with you via email and have resolved the issue you've been facing. Let us know if you have any other questions!
