They promoted its free but turns out they charged me 99 USD per month WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! It’s a scam! They promoted its free so I thought it’s worth for a try. But they just suddenly charge me! I didn’t notice for 5 x charges and I’ve never used the app. The app isn’t helpful at all and the worst thing is they didn’t mention the terms at all! I will not recommend to anyone. It’s a SCAM!!!’

I’m really enjoying the app. It’s helping with my feisty little Yorkshire Terrier, easy to use and puts the animals first.

Be very cautious about signing up for the Woofz free trial. I signed up through the app and immediately canceled the subscription through Apple. I have the Apple record confirming my cancellation. Despite this, I was later charged for two subscriptions of about $40 each, plus additional add-on charges. When I contacted Woofz and provided my Apple cancellation record, they refunded one of the subscription charges but refused to refund the other. They told me the second subscription must have been purchased through Google or online. I dispute this—I do not have a credit card attached to Google and did not knowingly sign up for a second subscription online. I ultimately had to dispute the remaining charges through my bank. I also didn’t realize until after downloading the app that additional paid features/materials would be needed. Between the subscription and additional costs, it was much more expensive than I expected. I’m posting this primarily to warn other consumers. If you decide to try Woofz, take screenshots of your signup and cancellation, keep the cancellation confirmation, and carefully monitor your bank or credit-card statement afterward. I wish I had checked the reviews before signing up.

I’m disgusted. Thought I was taking out a £12 training package for four weeks, but within minutes my credit card had been charged more than four times this amount in five separate transactions, none of which was £12! It seems I “ inadvertently “ bought some kind of guide (which I thought was included in the £12), and I have no idea what else I’ve paid for. I’ve received no emails confirming any transactions. This is the lowest for of “selling” when you have to trick customers into paying more than expected. If the product is any good, it should speak for itself, without relying on scam tactics. My advice, if you’re interested in Woofz, is to take a lot of time to read every single word in the (very) small print, and take screenshots of everything. I wish I had. I have no idea if I’ve somehow signed up for a subscription, which I certainly did not intend. I can’t even figure out how to find out. Btw, I’m not daft or blind, I just thought I was taking out a simple one month plan. Woofz are no better than thieves. I can’t eve bring myself to look at the training advice

Woofz is easy to follow and paced well. It has really helped with understanding my new puppy and the correct training steps.
