I like this app, but I don't truly believe is helping much at all, every dog is VERY different and even though they have good tips, I could have found the same info online for free. Is up to you!
Response from WoofzSep 2, 2026
Hi Helena, thanks for the feedback! We noticed we’re not quite at 5 stars yet, and we’d love to bridge the gap. If you have any ideas on how we can make Woofz more helpful for you and your pup, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Your perspective helps us stay on the right track.

Signed up for trial. They billed me extra chat I never signed up for. So I cancelled. Each month new bill. First month they refunded stating I did cancel. Next month billed again. Showed them my cancellation they would not refund. Had to dispute through my bank.

Fake advertising. You think is 6.9 dollars per month they charge you $ 25 in different payments. I asked my refund in the instant that I click and up today they said is not possible
