I like this app and how simple to follow it is. The step-by-step levels make it so easy to train my pups.

Thought that I had signed up for a one week, or maybe one month trial or $12. Then I found out after a few months I was being charged $39.99 a month. I emailed their customer support and received an automated message back. It said according to the terms of the contract, or whatever, subscriptions weren’t refundable. Maybe I missed that email, but I emailed again in September 2024. I got the same response and must have missed the same one. My son was in the hospital at that time. So I’ve now paid well over $400 for nothing. Yes, part of that was my fault for not having the time and energy to chase them up. But it started with them, charging me for a subscription that I did not sign up.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM. I cannot access my account through Apple (even though I signed up via instagram) and I cannot log into my account ( it says account not found!) so I can’t use the service AND I can’t cancel it! I NEED HELP. Going to have to cancel my bank cards and put fraud alert before more charges occur.

I wish I could give minus 5 stars! I thought I had signed up for either a free or £7 trial (can't quite remember) back in January, only to find out today that this company has been taking £31.59 out of my account every month since January this year. Without ANY communication AT ALL regarding the "subscription" or about the services I had "subscribed" to. I'm beyond furious. I've contacted the company requesting a refund, and have asked my credit card provider to look into whether this constitutes fraud. Update: Regarding the refund mentioned in the reply from Woofz, it was for one month, not six, meaning they still have over £150 of my money. Their purchase page is very misleading, so much so I can only think it's deliberate. My credit card company are looking into it. Look for a more ethical dog training company woukd be my advice
