Edited to add that after this review I was given a rull refund. I’m very disappointed with my experience and feel misled by this company. I signed up for what was advertised as a low-cost, 4-week trial, but it wasn’t made clear that I would be automatically charged for an ongoing subscription. I never received a single email from Woofz — not even a welcome or confirmation email. There were no in-app notifications or reminders about the upcoming charge either. It feels like a deliberate tactic to catch users off guard. When I reached out to raise my concerns, I was told there would be no refund, but they offered to extend the subscription until December instead. That response hasn’t resolved the issue for me — it’s left a really unpleasant impression. While they claim they “have no intention of hiding” the subscription, the complete lack of communication suggests otherwise. The fact that this has happened to other customers, as noted in reviews, only reinforces that this approach is part of their model. It feels unethical, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
