0 stars, they have taken my money out before I’ve even signed up and now come to months later and I’ve been charged randomly a large sum. You pay for the app it says my account doesn’t even exist yet it took my money out, it’s charging me for a subscription I never signed up for and cannot use. Do not fall for this scam. I have contacted multiple times and no reply months later. Come to read reviews and many people are experiencing this they are taking so much people’s money. I am looking to find the head of department and really let them know how much this app is the absolute worst.

Great detail to attention, easy to read and accomplish.

Easy to navigate. I love the reminders I get to take some time to train my dog. The lessons are super easy to follow. If anything, investing time to train my dog daily has only made our bond stronger!

LOVE IT, puppy is now clean in about 3-4 days with daily training!

UPDATE: I have finally received a response with the promised pdf file after updating my review here. I don’t know what happened to the original responses they sent as they never showed up in my inbox or spam folder, but after seeing my review customer service was very prompt at handling the issue. I got this app mostly for accountability purposes for training my dog. I took the quiz and made sure to specify the commands he already knows thinking that meant they would be excluded from his “personalized training plan.” However this is not the case. There seems to be very little, if any, personalization involved. I also don’t like how the app will mark a command as mastered after it has been practiced a certain amount of times (usually 3-4) regardless of the success rating you gave your dog. My dog has commands listed as mastered that he still struggles with. This makes it a bit difficult to track his actual progress with training. The training tips are helpful and I think having lessons for the human as well as lessons for the dog is a great idea, but there I a lot of room for improvement.
