Pretty good overall. Order of steps could be different.

Good secuence of the steps, my dog learnt how to sit, come, and her name in 2 days. But sometimes I need a few things to teach my dog earlier but I can´t because I haven´t complete the last steps yet.

Hello Christian, Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that your dog has already learned some key commands in just two days! We understand that sometimes you may want to move ahead with certain lessons. The app follows a structured progression to ensure a solid foundation, but we appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future updates. If you have any other questions or need help, feel free to reach out at [email protected]! 🐾

The App is ok so far. It's a bit annoying to have to go through things in order to skip ahead. So I can't just check out Potty training without doing the prior work....Wish it didn't have the lock....

Hello Heather, Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We understand that it can be a bit frustrating to follow the linear progression. The structure is designed to help build a strong foundation, but we definitely appreciate your feedback. We’ll consider it as we continue to improve the app. Stay tuned for updates! 🐾

Purchase the subscription online as I wanted some dog training tips. Within 4 hours I decided I did not wish to continue as it didn’t feel like the thing I needed. Was unsure how to cancel as it was online and not via an app so I contacted support@woofz and they responded on the 8th June with a response within 24 hours as the email states. This email explained how to cancel my subscription, which I followed and made sure it was not paused and cancelled. This was within a day or so of purchasing. Since then I have emailed 5 times asking for a full refund as I cancelled within hours of ordering and under the consumer rights act I am entitled to a full refund within 14 days. I have also been in contact with the financial ombudsmen who has suggested allowing some more time for them to respond before they step in. It’s very sad that I’m having to come online to give this review just so the business will respond. Do not recommend unless you are positive you wish to continue as it is extremely difficult to contact them and get a refund.

Great easy to use dog training app! The combination of easy to understand step by step lessons supported by videos make it easy to train your pup at your own pace. Highly recommend!

Woofz there just with a gentle hand to hold on this mad puppy journey. Bite sized (pardon the pun) training sessions easy to follow and supportive from day one.
