Money taken out of my account without my knowledge first last year and was told they couldn't refund it but they would let me use the app for last year and get this year free, Great I thought so never thought about it Until today when I had a message from my bank saying Money had been taken out, not only today but also in April May &June all around the £45 I didn't sign up for this tried to cancel but no response yet. As per the reply I have never received any correspondence from anyone at Woofz and yes I have checked my spam and bin yet still nothing from them. If they have no record of my subscription how can they take money out of my bank?

Even after complaining via here then getting a useless email from the support team, I am still without a refund. They seem to just give you the same answer over again of how to cancel your subscription, which is what I did soon after signing up. It does not state anywhere about money. Even 2 days into signing up and having a 7 day trial they attempted to take over £40 out of my bank account, luckily I do not keep much in my current account and move it out of my savings when I need it. But 3 days ago, as soon as transferred money into my account to pay for something else, Woofz took £39.49, and that was with me cancelling my subscription. It is absolute fraud, and they continue to take money. I would be very careful of signing up. I will continue to leave bad reviews until I get my money back. Again another comment about the support team contacting me, which they have and have not asked for additional information, but to tell me how to cancel my subscription, which I had already done. No help at all to me. I just want my money back.

£74.93 taken from my account for pet care premium something I didn't sign up for Still no response after more than 24hrs Typical online company who take monies and chance that you won't chase to get it back. I only signed up and paid for puppy training nothing else. And I only used it once TRUE TO THEIR WORD WOOFZ HAVE REFUNDED ME. THANK YOU FOR NO HAZZLE REFUND.

I really like the step by step information along with the videos of the person demonstrating the trick or command. It makes it easy to know what to do and what to expect from your dog. Also I was able to add my husband and I can show my daughter what to do and because there needs to be so many times it’s taught and worked on before mastery it isn’t like the dog will only know it with one person
