Off to a great start!
The chance to try the training for my dog at a great price was wonderful. Course is clear and seems to be working so far. Like the training method so far and my dog is responding well.

Paid 37days subscription for 3 days usage
I chose 7days subscription as trial, forgot to cancel subscription then got charged for 30days subscription, I don’t really like this app, don’t want to continue, stopped using it since then, contacted support team to request refund but got no feedback, resent the emails twice…can’t find any phone contact If I can’t get a refund, At the least they should give me a feedback? I don’t mind if I got charged for another 7 days due to I forgot to cancel subscription but how can they charged 30days, I chose a 7days plan…I just used them for 3 days…if it’s about terms and conditions, they could charged me for a year subscription automatically? If I can’t get refund then I learnt a lesson for paying 37days for 3 days usage
