I've been using Woofz with my 15 week old puppy for a few days now and have already seen improvement. He's learning and catching on quick which is so great to see. The app is user friendly with lots of great information for a newbie as well.

I answered the survey in Instagram and was told there was a plan for my dog but when I downloaded the app, I had to redo the survey and looks like I have to follow the same path as everyone else. Not as personalized as promoted. Plus I got an email saying download free guide and it only takes me to this review page. No guide!! False advertising.

Another review just because they do not answer customer service emails.. I purchased a One week trial. Never saw an automatic charge of 38.95 a week later. Never got an email about the charge. The program did not go further after one week. Now I’m trying to get my money back. Did you know you have to sign in and cancel Your subscription? Oh and by the way they are offer 80% off? Unhappy to say the least. Was only trying to help a foster dog. Beware of your trial.

Have been using the app for the first month of having our new puppy and has been very informative in an easy format. Especially like the training timers so you can focus on one specific thing for the recommended time and then using the clicker on the app.
