A very helpful app, with simple and understandable instructions and video. The reminders and the timing of the lessons are very convenient

I think it’s a great program even though I just started. I’m just having trouble going back to a video that I need to reference. I asked the chatbot and was unable to resolve so now I have to wait for a response from the people who work there.

I've only just started the training sessions but so far they are easy to follow and my dog seems to be getting the commands fairly quickly. The app makes it a fun experience!

I purchased a £12.99 plan and I was not aware that I would be charged £38.94 later on down the line. I guess from the other reviews I’m one of the people this wasn’t very clear to. Did it help my puppy in any way? No it didn’t. Did it take forever to get to anything that would be beneficial? Yes it did. In the end my son had allergies and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to give my pup back to the breeder. So seeing a oayment come out when I no longer even have the puppy was triggering. The customer service team are not helpful in anyway. They basically say that the subscription is on the next page. I can assure you if I knew I would be charged so much extra I would not have even bothered. All in all it’s a waste of money and kind of feels like a scam. Read the small print (which should be big for people to know what they’re actually paying for)

Hello there, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, both with the subscription and especially with the difficult decision to return your puppy. We understand how upsetting it must feel to see charges when you’re no longer able to use the app. To clarify, all subscription details, including the renewal amount, are displayed during the purchase process and outlined in our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/). That said, we regret that this wasn’t clear enough in your case, and your feedback about visibility is very valuable. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review". Our team will carefully review your account and do everything we can to assist you.
