Easy to use
Easy to use, uses prompts with easy to follow instructions. Having a rescue with no commands first 6months of his life, this app is making it easy to follow and go back over anything needed to recall information. So far so good, will continue to use it to train my pup to build a really strong bond. Love this app personalised to meet our needs and targets.

Buyer Beware
I want to warn potential customers to "let the buyer beware." I responded to a "free" offer from Woofz. I was charged $5.00 in July 2025, which was supposed to be refunded after I completed the first step of training. I started the training course for my 6 year old wire-haired fox terrier but discontinued it because he was already trained in those areas (like potty training). A month later I noticed a debit of $100 from my checking account by Woofz. This was totally unexpected so I sent them a message on the app requesting a refund. The request was sent Aug 28. As of today, Aug 30...no response. I also cancelled my subscription on the app. I will contact my bank about a credit for the $100 charge. Just know what kind of company you're dealing with.

I was over charged
I was over charged. The promise a 100% money back guarantee. When I told them that I was over charged and I wanted to cancel they told me there were no refunds.

I recently tried Woofz and
I recently tried Woofz and, while the concept is great, my experience wasn’t the best. I’ll take responsibility for not carefully reading the fine print when I signed up for the $6.99 intro plan, but I was surprised when it automatically renewed at $39.99 with no reminder email beforehand. Most companies send a courtesy notice before billing, and I think Woofz could really improve in this area. The app itself wasn’t very user-friendly for me, which is why I stopped using it after the initial plan. That said, I do wish Woofz the best in their mission and hope future updates make the platform more intuitive and transparent for customers.

Hi Lotteice! We're sorry to hear that your experience with Woofz didn’t fully meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your point about reminder emails — feedback like this helps us see where we can improve and make the process more transparent for our users.
