I have only used Woofz for a brief time but so far I enjoy their easy to follow website, clear instructions, and the pictures that go with the instructions. My dog also enjoys the Woffz training sessions.

Useless basic advice You deleted profile, assume that means you have cancelled with them as your profile doesn't exist but they will take the payment for a monthly subscription. Seems like the wording misleads and is scamming

The training itself is fine. It’s been effective for my puppy. But immediately after I paid for a subscription they announce it’s going to be free going forward for new customers and they kept charging me. But the worst was the next day I ended up with multiple charges in the amounts of $23.71, $94.85, $23.71, and another $94.85. I reached out to them with no response yet… there’s no contact phone number that I can find so I just have to wait to see if they’ll finally respond to my email messages. Either way I’m not happy with them and won’t be continuing my subscription.

To clarify, Woofz is a subscription-based app. After your initial payment, the system attempted to process renewals, but those additional transactions were declined — your account was deactivated once the payment could not be completed. I signed up for the trial period of Woofz. I should have known better. As soon as you fo into the website for more info, you get a series of questions about your dog. After answering the questions you immediately go into a sign up for the $15.00 trial. There was no visible explanation that you are actually signing up for a subscription. One month later they deducted $38.95 from my checking account. Since I used PayPal, it was able to get to Woofz thru them. I found out that I actually signed for a"subscription" and they would cancel the subscription but not refund the money they deducted from my account. This is a new type of scam I'm seeing. Since they call it a Subscription, they can charge you for that month. No refunds.
