Hello Lorraine! We’re really sorry for any confusion this situation has caused. The conditions of the trial and subscription were clearly displayed on the purchase screen before confirming the payment, but we completely understand how easy it is to miss those details. Our team has already replied to your message — please check your inbox (and don’t forget to look in your spam or promotions folder) for our response. Thank you for your understanding, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to reach out 🐾
