Incredible app and support for our dog who came to us as a rescue with many tricky traits we couldn’t shake out of him. Come such a long way!

I’m extremely disappointed with Woofz. They took £38.67 from my account through an auto-renewal plan that I had no idea I’d signed up for! When I tried to get my money back, they refused the refund. The actual dog training is awful!! I signed up specifically to get help with my dog’s barking, and there was nothing useful about that in the program. The lessons are very basic and not worth paying for at all. This whole thing feels like a scam, and I strongly recommend avoiding Woofz. Save your money and find a proper trainer or a reputable app that actually helps!

Hi Nikki, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly understand your frustration. The auto-renewal terms were displayed before purchase, but we realize how disappointing unexpected charges can be. As for the training, we genuinely want to make sure every user feels supported. While the lessons focus on core training techniques, we understand that everyone’s needs are different. If barking is a specific issue, we’d be happy to help you find relevant resources or additional guidance. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re committed to improving our services. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] with "Woofz.Review" as the subject line, so we can identify you and provide with a relevant guidance regarding your situation.

Great app for puppy parents! Love how it breaks things down into small steps and focuses on positive reinforcement. The sounds have been very helpful calming our puppy at bedtime too.
