Wood Prairie Family FarmReviews of woodprairie.com

I have been ordering from Wood Prairie Farm for about ten years an have always been pleased with the excellent seed potatoes as well as other well researched and quality offerings. For example, I use the hand held knife sharpener on my expensive kitchen knives and have never found a better recipe for Calcannon! This year I grew Yukon Gem for the first time and really discovered a winner in flavor and creamy texture. Thank you very sincerely for years of dedicated and exceptional Organic farming!

I purchased 4 different types of Potato's and couldnt be more delighted. I grew them in 20 gallon smart bags and they are huge. Everyone performed as expected, but the taste, texture and quality are so much better than store bought.

Great people, have always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Excellent products as well. This is the fourth season I've have used them.

I bought five varieties of potato from Wood Prairie - hues from white, to red, to deep purple. I also purchased two staple varieties from a local seed shop. Despite the fact that the seed shop potatoes had green growth and more eyes than the dormant ones I received from Wood Prairie, the five I got from Wood Prairie emerged earlier, grew faster, and have provided mounds and mounds of potatoes. Will happily give this company my purchase order next year.

Good experiences ordering from Wood Prairie Farm.
