For two years I've planted my Wood Prairie spuds and they have been the highlight of the garden. Seed spuds arrive on time, in great condition and have been bounteous producers. Harvesting spuds is the best part of gardening for me. I've also purchased my winter cover seed from Wood Prairie and those covers have worked well too. Good catalog, nicely targeting the amateur and more serious gardeners wanting to adhere to organic standards.

always a good experience dealing with Wood Prairie. Ordered buckwheat seed for my organic garden. Germinates well and grows great. Starting to cut and plow in before it goes to seed.

Thanks John, glad our cover crop is doing well for you, we are sure your garden plants appreciate it!

We planted our Potato Blossom Festival set a bit late in large bags and they all sprouted and have made lovely healthy plants. We haven't harvested them yet; looking forward to trying them in a week or two. We are planning on ordering more next year!

Thanks Andy! Hoping you have a great harvest, and we look forward to your order next year.

Discovered several years ago when I neglected to purchase local seed ( everyone was sold out) and what I had saved was not looking good. I desperately searched on line and found Wood Prairie Farms, thought it was a bit expensive but I was desperate. Worth every penny, I've been purchasing them every year since. The best tasting, healthiest, great yields, wonderful selection fun to try new varieties. I faithfully place my order early so I'm sure to get my favorites before they sell out. You simply cannot go wrong with Wood Prairie seed.

My go to source for seed potatoes. I note that they offer all organic seed, so I need not worry about provenance of the seed I am buying. Wood Prairie Farm, so far as I am able to determine, combines ethical business practices with excellent products. I also appreciate that Wood Prairie Farm was one of the companies which stepped up to the plate in the lawsuit against Monsanto. They will always have as much support from me as I can afford to give them.

Margaret, thank you for your support. Organic is essential to what we do here, and we will always step up to the plate to defend that, no matter who we're up against.
